“Gracie, do you want me to help you?”

“NO! I do it mysef.”




“You sure you don’t want Mommy to help you?”

“NO! Gaycee is a big gul. I do it mysef.”




“AAAAAHHHHHHHH!” Gracie cried out in frustration. “Ma shurt is boken!”


“Do you want some help?” I tried asking again.

“No. I fix it mysef.”





“Gaycee do it!” she shouted in victory.


“Oh, thank goodness!” I sighed.

“Now I do my shoits.”


“Here we go…” I muttered under my breath.






“Good girl, Gracie! You did it all by yourself!”

“Gaycee is a big gull!” Gracie squealed. “I put on my shoez now.”

    She’s so CUTE!! I am teaching a lesson in church on Sunday on raising resilient children – Gracie reminded me of it! She doesn’t give up when things get hard – she’s STUBBORN – that will be a good thing one day when it’s not directly affecting YOU, momma. Haha, she is so cute!!

    Ha, my son will be two in October and this just started. It now takes us about 4 hours longer to get out of the house. Awesome.

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRACIE! side note…..Addison is like 8 months older….and she can’t take her clothes off or put them back on…nor is she potty trained. Crap. I’m like way behind.
