Fun in the November Sun
This past weekend, Chris painted some more on the outside of our house. He’s been doing it one side of the house at a time each weekend. It’s looking really good!
Because he’s spending so much time outside by himself, the kids and I decided to set up our play area in the front yard so we could hang out with him.
The kids are at this great age where they are playing so good together. Mostly because Bean is at the age here he loves bossing someone around, and Gracie’s at the age where she’ll go along with pretty much anything. It’s a match made in heaven.
Until Bean convinces Gracie to get into the tiny wagon and she changes her mind about how much fun that will be. The mood really changes when that happens.
Sometimes big brothers aren’t so much fun after all…

They are so stinkin’ cute together, even crying.
So as I’m pregnant with our second one I am having this TERRIBLE anxiety over bringing a second baby into our perfect little family of 3.5 (travis counts as .5). I just can’t imagine taking a single moment away from our little Peanut. Looking and reading your posts almost (allllmost) makes me calmer about adding a sibling.

I love the concern on his face in the second to last picture….and the last one as well. It seems as though he’s having a hard time understanding why anyone WOULDN’T want to sit in a red wagon.

Haha, I LOVE both of their expressions in the last photo. She’s all, “I said no I don’t wanna!” and he’s all, “Geez, what just happened?”

His face is priceless in both pictures!

Aw, so cute! It’s amazing how much Bean looks like Chris and how much Gracie looks like you. I love it!

So so beautiful and cute!

Bean is so perplexed. It looks like he’s thinking, “umm Gracie, did you forget to take your Midol?” This made me throw my head back and laugh! Thank you for the joy and sharing those moments with us. : )

LOL… reminds me so much of my brother and I when we were young. Except that I was the elder sister but yet get bossed around by my smartypants younger brother. Good times!

Just wait till he convinces her around age 3 to stick a raisin in her ear…then for the next 5 years has her convinced that that’s why there is ear wax in there…it’s smooshed up raisin. (Ahhhh, my big brother. Gotta love him).
