LIVE Video Chat on Blogging TONIGHT!

A few weeks ago when I opened the blog up for questions, I received an overwhelming number on blogging in general and on my blog specifically. Rather than type out all the answers (because that would bore me AND you), Chris and I thought we would host our first ever LIVE VIDEO CHAT so that we could answer your questions live and talk through them with you. That way, you can get my answers on the writing/blogging side and you can get Chris’ answers on the technical/computer side.

To participate, you just need to visit our video chat room By Clicking HERE If you’re all eager beaver like, you can visit the site now and reserve your seat by RSVP-ing. How polite of you!

You don’t have to log in or sign up to participate, so you can spy if you want without having to out yourself. But if you DO want to participate in the discussion – and I hope you will, otherwise its just going to be you guys staring at us and that would be weird – you create a user name and then you can type in your questions and we will read them and answer them right there on the spot. I participated in one over at Southern Weddings Magazine around Valentine’s Day and it was a lot of fun…in that I’m-so-geeky-I-think-video-chats-are-fun kind of way.

Just RSVPed! I’ve never attended a video chat (not even Oprah was able to get me to her’s- go figure!) so very excited to experience this. Just so proud of you guys for being so successful at blogging and writing! My secret wish for you is that in these next couple of months off from work, the blog takes off EVEN MORE and you can become a full-time writer and blogger. Have you ever considered writing for newspapers? Freelance? I know Ginny has lots of contacts but I have a good friend in Atlanta who Freelances and has a column. If you ever want to connect with her, I’m sure she’d give you pointers on getting in the freelance market. You’d be AMAZING in print as well. You truly have a gift for humor and communicating with the written word. Keep it up Katie- you’ve got a fan club! 🙂
