Stud.

On Saturday, during nap time, Bean learned how to open his “child-locked” dresser drawers.

Which means he was able to get into his bottom drawer that holds all of his summer stuff. Swimming trunks, suntan lotion, hats.

And, of course, sunglasses.

So, when “nap time” was over, Bean came waltzing out to the back porch wearing, naturally, his sunglasses.

He wore them all afternoon, all evening, all through dinner, and we finally wrestled them away before bath time.

Bean cried for 20 minutes when we took them away and put him to bed. And I’m fairly positive that he stayed up late that night frantically searching through his bottom “child-proof” dresser drawer for those sunglasses.

It takes dedication to be a stud.
